Investor Liquidity Plus Growth Capital for Technology-Based Businesses

Private Technology-Oriented Investment Firm

Founded in 2020 the founders envisioned a new kind of private technology-oriented investment firm that focused on providing growth equity as well as secondary liquidity to management teams, founders, and early investors. While initially a novel concept, secondary liquidity has become widely accepted and common place throughout the institutional investment ecosystem as companies continue to take longer to scale, longer to exit or go public, and smaller public companies lack appropriate market coverage.
